I took my car to Findlay to get a flat tire patched up and would like to say that I am very impressed with the place here. Although there were negligible hiccups, the end result was fantastic.
I woke up with a flat tire and called Findlay to get pricing. Nathan informed me it is $5 to patch a tire.
Arriving at Findlay was probably my only bad experience about the entire endeavor. I pulled up to the service lane and was told to leave my keys in the car and somebody would be with me shortly. I stood outside of my vehicle for about two or three minutes while service people were taking cars away. Even the car that arrived directly behind me had a technician already in it and was trying to drive around where I was standing.
After receiving my car, I was told the wait would be about an hour to an hour and a half for a patch job. I went inside to wait and was pleasantly surprised with the show floor and the lounging areas. I made myself a cup of hot chocolate and helped myself to some snacks they had laid out.
After an hour, Nathan approaches me and notifies me that my car had been serviced and would be pulling up shortly. He lets me know that he waived the patch fee and included a complimentary car wash.
I reserved myself from writing a stellar review immediately to see how the patch job would hold up and can safely say that the patch job was successful.
Even though my arrival at Findlay was a bit shaky, Nathan helped me along greatly.
