| - Last September, my water heater broke and I didn't even know where to begin. My "home warranty" didn't cover anything, but referred me to a company for Drying my flooded garage and interior of my Home in order to prevent mold. I didn't feel comfortable with that so I immediately got on Yelp. I went my own direction, took a chance, and gambled on IRS strictly based on Yelp reviews. I've never had this happen to me so, I was clueless, to say the least. It was late at night, and I called IRS, NOT the company that I was originally referred to. I spoke with a very pleasant lady on the phone, she said they could have someone out within a short time, they came out quickly, walked me thru the process, and gave me solid advise. To say they were amazing would be an understatement. Not only were they professional, but courteous, and that goes a very long way. Michael came out initially along with a female (who I can't remember her name, sorry) and they were on top of it. I had no choice but to rely on Yelp reviews and go with my gut to hire them to get the job done! I am SO glad I did. Even, at one point, the owner, came to my home, checked on all the equipment and answered questions. I am so very appreciative to IRS and their team of drying professionals. Thank you all.
