  • I don't know what to write that hasn't probably been written 1000 times about Kem CoBa. WOW! Just WOW! When it opened a few years ago it completely changed the Montreal ice cream landscape. Every since then there have been new creative ice cream shops popping up everywhere trying to replicate the magic that Kem CoBa has. It's funny the more and more I come, I keep running into tours that explain the history behind Kem CoBa. It really is a beautiful story fitting for such a great place run by amazing people. So if you really have never been definitely go! There is always a line up and for good reason! This is hands down the best ice cream in the city. Soft serve is the way to go if you are trying it for the first time. They twist 2 unique hand made flavours every week. Often one sorbet and an ice cream. The combinations are surreal and worthy of the ice cream hall of fame ! If soft serve isn't your thing try beurre salĂ©. It tastes like you are eating a stick of salted butter. But unlike eating a stick of butter, it is accepted in public.
