rev:text	I had Aria food and beverage credit that I needed to use before my stay ended. We picked Julian Serrano out of all the restaurants Aria had to offer. We were definitely not disappointed with our choice. We came an hour prior to closing and were seated next to a huge bachelor's party. Needless to say, they were very loud, and very drunk. After what seemed like a very long time, our server finally approached us. He was very apologetic though, stating that he was also taking care of the big party, and that they would leave shortly. We decided on ordering the spanish tortilla, chicken croquetas, and the vegetable paella. The spanish tortilla was unlike anything I have ever tasted. It looked so simple, but tasted so delicious. The croquetas were very satisfying. It tasted like everything you would expect. One the menu, there is a warning that the paella takes upwards of 30 minutes to cook. This was no joke, because it really did take a long time to come out. Everyone around us had already left except for one or two tables who were probably in the same boat as us. The menu also states that it feeds two people. That part is incorrect because we had so much leftover. The dish was full of flavor, and worth trying. There were a lot of ingredients that made the entree come together. The only reason why not 5 stars is because the food is quite expensive. The paella alone was $40. The other reason was the slow service in the beginning. Julian Serrano is one of those great quality restaurants that you expect in Vegas. I would bring friends next time so that we will be able to try, and share more tapas.
