  • Lasyds Dancewear fails when it comes to customer service. I went to the store in September 2013 and received some of the worst customer service I've had in YEARS. The woman who was working in the store that day, is an extremely rude, blunt person, who should not be working in customer service. I was snapped at and treated very poorly. It seemed as though she did not care at all for her customer's needs, or if she even made a sale. I left there feeling upset and a bit in shock over how rude she was. Customer service aside, they did not carry the line of dance wear I needed, and had a very limited selection of tights, so I wouldn't have been able to get what I needed for my daughter's dance class anyways. I am all about supporting local area stores, but I'll never set foot in that store again.
