I never got my order as Fed Ex listed that they put it in my drive way which is set in front of my house & either it was stolen or he delivered elsewhere. Then my husband called Vitacost & they said they'd sent out a new order immediately. I got no tracking # emailed to me so 4 days later I called to ask when it's due to come & the woman said she was sorry it was put in to check with Fed Ex to look for it but nothing was resent!!! She said she would have it overnighted by Fed Ex, then the next afternoon Fed Ex calls my cell while I'm working to verify my address & they of course had it correctly but said the driver couldn't find my house so he will come tomorrow!!! By this time not only has the company paid them to over night it but also I was out of my much needed supplements. I called Vita cost & said to just forget it, as it's too much aggravation for me to go through & cancel the order. I was told I would get my $103.18 back in 24-72 hours, not counting weekend days it will be 72 hours on Monday & today is Friday, I still have no credit back! I am disgusted with the entire transaction. I think Vita Cost should use UPS, I've never had a problem with them in 12 yrs at my house but numerous problems with Fed Ex, & Fed ex has terrible customer service, they don't care about anyone! I sure hope vita cost returns my money or I will be disputing the charge with my credit card first thing Monday morning! Grrrrr
