  • I've been to this store twice before but didn't buy anything. The customer service here is really bad! My pockets were burning so after leaving Charlotte Russe and Wet Seal I decided maybe I'll find something cute in here. This store was messsy which is understandable being that it's the end of the day but no this store looked like it was hit by a hurricane!! Clothes, racks and jewelry was all over the floor. The girl in the fitting room was not a happy camper. I mean she looked like she would have rather been anywhere but work. She had no smile no enthusiasm whatsoever. Let me say their dressing rooms dont have doors but curtains?? That makes me uncomfortable trying items on when someone can just walk in.....Yes I ended up buying all my items. The cashier was super friendly though. It's Forever 21 of course I'll be back but this store needs upgrades!!
