| - OK, so this was MISERABLE. After I made my reservation in JANUARY, the paper said to call and confirm, so I did that day after I made my reservation, the girl I talked to, said, no call back in 72 hours we don't have it on file yet. So 72 hours later, I called. Confirmed. She told me to be there by 4:30 for a night-time helicopter tour which was odd, since I don't think it's nighttime in Vegas at 4:30. So about two weeks later, I called again to confirm my reservation and also get clarifcation on the time. Well, she said no, get there at 6:30, then she also confirmed my reservation again. Then upon arriving in Vegas, I call the day of, only to have the person who answered the phone say that I didn't call to confirm my reservation. I explained that I had called twice before, and the lady basically said "No, I would see notes here if you called, so you didn't call." She basically called me a liar! The two previous times I called, the people bascially tried to rush me off the phone and did not obviously really confirm my reservation in their system and on top of that, the girl who answered the day of my reservation called me a liar. At any rate, they let me keep my reservation, and told me to be there at 7:30. Keep in mind I was told previously 4:30 and 6:30. Not sure where they get their times from. Anyhow, so I get there at 7:00 to be safe, and we wait until 10 PM to even get on the chopper. The waiting area had no air conditioning, and had some horrible scratchy music playing which made it annoying to even wait inside and for 2 PLUS hours!!! Everybody in the waiting area was MISERABLE, and the whole thing was so unorganized so everybody had to wait. In the heat. No AC. Cheap Champagne. It was pure misery. And for a 12 minute flight! I'm sorry, but the ride was nice, but not nice enough to condone a 2 and a half hour wait. By the time we even got on the plane we were in such a fowl mood it didn't matter about the flight. I would say to anyone coming to Vegas, to find another company who has these tours, even if you have to pay more, this place will put a damper on your Vegas trip as it did mine. It was a very trashy place, the people were rude, unorganized, and then they leave you on the runway in a hot van filled with people and no AC while you wait to get on the helicopter. I just can't explain to you how miserable this whole ordeal was. Skip it!
