So I'm here waiting for a room that we booked online, low and behold there is a bump in the road... we get here and this guy is asking us for a deposit when we already prebooked through hotels.com, no where did it say in any small or large print that we would be charged a deposit upon arrival . It's now 4:55 in the morning and the guy behind me the counter is saying that there's nothing he can do because there is no manager on duty and he can not help us. Meanwhile all we can do is wait for someone to wake up from their sleep to ok us staying in a room that we already prebooked and payed for . I also asked how is it possible not having a manager on duty to make such decisions at times and matters like these.
