| - Helpful staff. I stopped in at Customer service first, and the gent told me where the sale item "should be", although it wasn't. I have to say he did stop in the aisles to ask me if I'd found it. Not his fault it was on a promotional end cap. The lovely lady in the aisles helped me when I just couldn't find it.
Sadly, the website hours aren't the same as Edmonton, and at 4:50pm a young fellow offered to assist me before they close. I asked why and he informed me that they close at 5. I'm used to my Edmonton location closing at 5:30. Ah well.
Definitely decent for a "tool" and "surplus" store. If you can't locate it, don't hesitate to ask any staff person. Although there is a HUGE range of products from surplus mini fridges to sausage stuffers, BB guns & targets, excess electronic accessories, cables, trailer lamps, wheels and bulbs to safety gear, garden lights, rain barrels... pond pumps! The list just goes on and on.
My only beef was that I was poking around surplus and there were a quite a number of peg tags/shelf tags missing so some of the items I wasn't sure what they were priced at. Items that were going on sale Tuesday were also displayed without tags of any kind regular price or not.
Clean and well organized.
Lots of parking, public washrooms, great stock levels.
