  • On the pro side of the coin the store is large, clean, and well stocked. On the negative side their prices are a little high, the wait time for help is painfully long, and there are a few people that work there that shouldn't work in the public eye. I also question the integrity/honesty of the business. Once I saw them refuse a cash refund to the gentleman next to us. His order was 2 months over due and he wanted his money returned. While the clerk was checking with his manager he had told us he ordered X gun, paid with cash etc., and it's months over due. Anyway, employee returned and told them it would be a check because they didn't have that much cash so early in the morning ( they had been open 2 hours already ). Customer called bullshit on that statement and demanded to see manager. In the meantime I told him we had just purchased 2 handguns and paid cash. Then I just watched the fireworks. In closing they do have a few employees that treat you well and I have received a few very good deals but more often than not the experience is a negative one.
