  • Room with a great view 4 stars. Clean and comfortable. Navigating the maze of a hotel with poor signage 2 stars. Front desk check in and communication after check in 2 stars. Told we were upgraded but rather would have had original room in newer building. Parking garage 2 stars. $18 to park overnight a bit steep. My wife left a jacket in the closet and 2 hours after leaving we call them and it's nowhere to be found. I know it's our responsibility but a "Four Diamond" property should try harder and not say to you that you supposedly you left something! Disappointed on the whole with this premier hotel!
