  • Venture Pest Control is a complete waste of money. Despite their "guarantee," this service did not work AT ALL to eliminate or even reduce the number of spiders in and around my house. Every time I complained, they had some excuse. Although they offered to come back out and re-treat if I saw a spider, this is completely impractical to call them every time I saw a spider which was every single day. When I did call initially, they said it would take some time. When they did re-treat, the problem didn't improve. I asked them to not charge me for the last service since clearly, they were unable to comply with their guarantee, they just threatened to send my account to collections. I would not recommend using this company.
