  • I am still in deer valley apartment. I don't like the service. After this lease I should find other apartment community. If I raise any request they will not fix it. They will give you option. Example. I told my cloth dryer is not working two days . They said you can go out and use paid laundry dry clothes.. whaaaaaat. So rude. I am paying $1080 for single BHK. My friends are staying in near by apartments. Every one is paying very low at least $200 diff for 2 BHK...since I stuck in lease I couldn't go out. I will surely go out next time. I will not recommend this apartment to my friends for sure.
