A few weeks ago, we leased Toyota Sienna from Findlay Toyota dealer. However, somehow, we lost extra keys for our car at the dealer on the same day we leased our van. We searched and searched but couldn't find them. When we desperately seek for help, Richard Runion from service department, over heard our concern and offered us help.
So, today I am in service and waiting for new keys to be programmed in our car!! Thank you Richard for trurely caring the customer!!
