rev:text	I have been going here since I was a kid and I must say they have gone downhill over the last several years. The last visit was pretty mediocre in service and food however my most recent visit (today) has convinced me to stop going back. We ordered a cheese crisp that took a good 10+ minutes to come out and it was charred when it finally arrived. The waiter sent for a new one that was out in less than 5 minutes. Why it took so long this first time? No idea but clearly they could get it out much faster when they're trying. My boyfriend ordered enchiladas with light sauce and I got the carne asada quesadilla. When the food came to the table his enchiladas were SMOTHERED in sauce and mine was entirely too salty I could not take more than 3 bites. The server took my plate and we let him know the enchiladas were loaded with sauce when we ordered light sauce. My boyfriend had only eaten one bite of his food. The server came back with the bill and had removed the quesadilla but left the enchiladas on the ticket. We paid and left, still hungry after paying a $40 tab. I have worked MANY years in food service and in my opinion, if a table complains a manager should AUTOMATICALLY stop at the table and do damage control. We watched the manager stand around doing very little the whole time we were there so clearly she wasn't too busy to stop and visit with us to make sure we left happy. Very poorly handled, and unfortunately they have lost a lifelong customer.
