  • Had dinner at EVO and loved everything about our experience. The food was amazing. The EVO salad is to die for. I would also recommend the focaccia rustica appetizer and the homemade bolognese. I would have licked my plate if I wasn't in public! The staff is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helped with recommendations. Love that the pastas are all fresh. One of our new favs for sure!
