  • I had been in touch with Chris Winter, VP of A Taste of Excellence with reference to planning an event in Cleveland in July 2016. I had reached out to him in the summer of 2015 and had a very in depth conversation about our needs. He was responsive (for a minute), then dropped off the face of the earth, and I had written him off. It is now 2016 and I came across a venue that a Taste of Excellence was a preferred vendor for (not remembering that this was the same company). Chris called me and when I realized who he was, reminded him of who I was (he had NO recollection of who I was) and then thought, OK, give him another shot. NO, if you are a detailed oriented person who wants follow-up in a timely (if at all) fashion, A Taste of Excellence is not the company that will provide that service.
