  • Had to contact the Nevada Department of Business Oversight on this place. The manager, "Ms. Tuesday" we'll call her because every time I asked her for her name her reply was ALWAYS "i'll be there on Tuesday". Even the desk workers have no clue as to her official hours of being on site. They say 12 noon. She says from 2 pm to 3pm. We practically had to twist her arm to stick around for another 15 minutes just to talk to us. What kind of 'manager' is that? When i asked the desk worker to call her for me. Her sorry response was "we are not "ALLOWED" TO "DISTURB" MANAGER DURING HER "OFF" HOURS." WhatTheWhat??? Any real manger would know that THAT is what the MANAGEMENT position is for, you lazy good for nothing. If you can't handle the hours then hire a Second Manager. Someone who actually does a thorough review of any CASE and FILE that is in front of them. Nice try in trying to discredit us too, Ms. Tuesday, even the Police department said to bring all this to an attorney for evicting us on over a police report we weren't involved in. And we are. Update: The Better Business Bureau and The Nevada Attorney General's Office have also been contacted.
