  • This place is a dump, a cockroach was in a picture frame. The person at the desk was cold and insensitive. It took almost 2 weeks before my mom was cremated. We recently moved from MN and she had prepaid for her cremation years ago. The cremation Society of MN handled everythng but Desert Memorial would not respond to calls or emails, Compassion Care Hospice even got involved. Jessica at the front desk told me I should be thankful it did not take a month like was stated on one of the papers. I told her it was time she find a new job as she was so cold and she said she just started there 5 weeks ago. I told her she needed to find a new job. I was never treated so poorly and it made me sick to think my mom laid there for that long. She was handed over in a recyclable grocery bag with their name on it!!!! MN Cremation will never use them again. I would not recommend this place to an animal. It does not even deserve a single star!!!!
