  • Phoenix is my favorite coffee place in Cleveland. This particular location's interior seems somewhat plain or generic. It reminds me a lot of the Arabica by W 117th. It doesn't have the same warm atmosphere of the Phoenix on E 9th or Coventry. There is a lot of seating and if I lived in the neighborhood, I would still come here for coffee. The coffee is always consistently good. I just don't know how comfortable I would be sitting there and drinking coffee.
