  • Unprofessional. Poor customer service !!! I guess you get what you pay for. My garage door was working fine. I thought it would be a good idea to have it maintained by a professional before winter. The house is less than 10 years old and the opener is about 3.5 years old. The service technician showed up 2 hours early for a noon appointment and acted like I inconvenienced him. He change the rollers and was done fairly quickly. He left but not before saying this was the best garage door he's seen and asking me to give good review so he would receive a bonus. There were issues with the service. After a few weeks the garage door would not go down all the way. Remember, I had no problems prior to their visit. I called the company to have someone come out to take a look since the issue was certainly related to their recent servicing, They wanted me to pay an additional $30 just to come look at it, Thank goodness for Youtube, I was able to correct the problem myself and avoided any prolonged exposure to this company.
