  • Dr Wells is nice as a person but I have never had a great experience here. I find the front desk rude & very unhelpful. They do not return phone calls, don't follow up with patients & fail to return test results. Also, for whatever reason their office is open like 3 days a week & closed during lunches( understandable) but if your closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, AND Monday, and lunch hours... when do patients come in? People have jobs too... I never really see anyone in his office, but always end up waiting about a half hour to see the DR & then maybe 15-20 minutes in the exam room. I know most people only write reviews when its something negative, but I can say I have not been happy with the experiences here.
