  • BUYER BEWARE!!!! In 2003 Howard Air installed an A/C unit on a remodel of my home. The condenser broke down within warranty period and they installed a unit built in 1999. The owner tried to make me believe that this is "standard" practice. In speaking to REPUTABLE companies in town I learned that this is ONLY "STANDARD" practice for this company. Since A/C units aren't inexpensive I'd do my homework before deciding to use a company that isn't honest and has ZERO integrity.
