  • Horrible - they damaged my appliance while fixing it and refuse to replace the part. They say they can bend it back into place and it will be just like new....REALLY? It wasn't bent at all until your tech came and broke it. Horrible customer service. I have already complained to my Home warranty company and will be filing complaints with the BBB and Registrar of Contractors.
