  • We arrived at the hotel and the customer service at the invited guess line was outstanding. Janet was so welcoming to us and took the very best care of us. The room was fantastic and newly decorated. We had a great view of the strip and all is well until..... We get to the Casino floor and everything is under construction and we cannot find a cocktail waitress for miles and miles. Not sure what is happening here but we used to get top rate service here and they are falling fast on the Casino floor. Nobody had a drink in their hand and 45 minutes later one appeared and it looked like she was exhausted. She was trying to run the entire floor and take care of everyone the best she could. One cocktail waitress, that is it. We could even get a Fiji water as she said they were way over on the other side of the floor. Huh???? Why not bring some to this side of the floor for the peeps here??? I know Vegas doesn't really care, but at least i'm putting in my .02 and that will be that. Hoping things improve during our tenure here.
