  • This has by far, been my best oil change experience up to date. These guys (Will and Rustin) were awesome, very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Place was clean, they greet you with an upbeat and positive tone, fresh full pot of coffee. As soon as i got here, the tech (his name was Pat) working on a car saw me looking when i pulled up and he asked me "is there anything i can help you with Sir?" I appreciate that because Theres another oil change place 100 feet from here, but these guys made sure i was at the right place and also ensured that i come here everytime I need any automotive services. This is my first time coming here, my girlfriend found a coupon for an oil change that was 20 bucks, and I expected to get here and have the terms changed, but that didnt happen. I was happy with the treatment i got. I wanted to leave a tip and the guys told me it was a company policy to not accept tips (these dudes also had integrity). I do feel however that if a customer wants to tip for GREAT service, that employees shouldnt get in trouble. It should be acceptable for excellent service. Hopefully Big O, reeveluates this policy. Ive said all this and have yet to even get my oil change , the tech who changed my Oil (Tim) was outstanding, he came and spoke with me and gave me an update on all the services available and things i can do for my car moving forward. I appreciate, thie informative (non pushy upsale), he simply informed me and allowed me have my process, which is more productive, thank you Tim. This was my first time here, but will not be my last... i am buying tires next month and i know where i will be getting them at. Thank you, Anthony Macias
