  • Last time the service was very fast and they finished my oil change and tire rotation in about a little over an hour. This time however, the same service took 3 1/2 hours! The service rep. did apologize and admitted it took way too long. When I made the appointment they told me 11:30. I think they just need to adjust how they do their scheduling.
