  • Service and staff are very good and friendly but the wait times can be fairly excessive for how many people are actually waiting to be seen. Sometimes if 1 or 2 people are in the waiting room the wait is 10-15 minutes, totally acceptable and even really good...and then other times there will be just 1 or 2 people and the wait ends up being like an hour or more. Doesn't really make sense though honestly it's kind of just how all urgent cares tend to be - many even worse about it. Anyway, this is a pretty good urgent care in my experience now having returned a lot of times as well as trying almost all the other ones in the area all the way into Gilbert and southern areas of Chandler. Obviously they shouldn't replace your primary doctor but in cases you need an urgent care this is a good place to go. I've seen 3 different PAs here and all were kind, caring, and were able to help me adequately.
