  • My experience has been sub par at best. My device has been faulty, it drained a brand new battery , now I was told I needed to order a new handset and was given a number to call. Was told it was their day off so they couldn't help me .. would not recommend this to anyone. When i Called the number for my handset I was unable to get ahold of anyone . A day and a half later hector did come by and replace my handset. His customer service has been good, my device has not been. Hopefully the new device will function properly and more efficient.
