  • I know this location has received some great reviews and I wish I could give one. I brought my vintage Rolex in to see if they could polish out a small scrape on the crystal. The woman I dealt with handed it to their service department and it was returned to me in just a few seconds with the news that the crystal had to be replaced. This lovely, arrogant, and uppity woman also communicated that "and they well also "insist" on a full service. We will need to send it out and it will cost $550". When I asked why it needed a "full service" for just a small scrape she said, "Well they're not just going to sell you a part". I drove to a very small independent jeweler on the way home who looked it and polished out the scrape in a matter of 13 seconds. When I tried to pay he said, "don't worry about it. Next time". So, arrogant lady..... thanks for the horrible customer service.
