  • My girlfriend and I are locals and we spent the day at Well & Being for a relaxing spa day that was absolutely lovely! I had one of the best massages I've ever had and I spa hop a lot!! I had Stephanie and she was fantastic. I can't believe some of the knots she was able to work out of my shoulders/neck. The whole spa smells of wonderful eucalyptus since they pump it into the steam room and offer the spray in the showers. Being able to alternate between the hot tub and the cold plunge felt so great prior to my treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly and it was great that there was plenty of room due to a fairly large property. Bonus that they offer plastic bags for wet swimsuits. So helpful when spas do that! The only reason I dropped it a star was because of the pool situation. We walked upstairs to lounge by the spa pool only to find a fairly small pool and that there were no more chairs left to lay on. We figured no biggie, we'll just go over to the hotel pool. Once we arrived at the gate the "doorman" told us we weren't allowed in without wristbands. We explained the situation and he said maybe we can get wristbands from the spa front desk. After trekking back to the spa they indicated that the big pool was only for hotel guests and unless we were staying at the hotel we cannot access it. I explained to her that we were really looking forward to some time by the pool and that maybe they can make exceptions for when the spa pool fills up. She said that was not possible and suggested waiting for people to leave. I told her it wasn't reasonable to stand there waiting for folks to leave or to keep climbing the stairs every so often to check so we ended up just leaving.
