  • I have been a fan of Firefly restaurants for several years now but had never been to the original location on Paradise. Finally made it (apparently it is now the ONLY location) and I was not disappointed. The ambience is sexy, the drinks are tasty and potent and this is THE original place for tapas! Many other restaurants began offering tapas menus following the late 00's economy crash, but nobody does it as well as Firefly! They offer something for everyone, whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, and the food presentation is interesting and unique. Basically, tapas style is like ordering appetizers. But these aren't anything close to your traditional "loaded potato skins and chicken fingers" appetizers! While Firefly does serve more traditional entrees as well, the tapas is where it's at for the ability to sample multiple items. I can't think of a more fun destination for a night out with a group of friends. The mojitos and sangria are delicious, as is the food. And if you are splitting the bill, you can really get a lot of bang for your buck here!
