  • Been waiting at the cutting counter for nearly 20 minutes. I have been the next customer in line for all that time there are two people that could cut, but they are spending an exorbitant amount of time talking to the customers instead of cutting the fabric. One of them is showing pictures on her phone to the employee Sarah and Margaret are at the cutting counter. Margaret is actually working, Sarah is helping people shop. I feel invisible.
