| - I'd give this place a ZERO if I could. Had a spa pedicure and a gel manicure here about a month ago that were beyond awful. In hindsight, I'm actually thankful that I didn't develop an infection!!!
First the pedicure....Very quickly after the callous remover (which I have used plenty of times before) was applied to my feet, my feet began to burn, so I immediately put my feet back in the water to have it washed off. Little did I know, the callous remover ate through my skin and caused several areas to bleed. I only learned this when the technician proceeded to scrape my feet with the pumice stone. The look of horror on her face gave it away. She did nothing to sanitize the water, or the cuts on my feet. I had her stop the pedicure, and move on to my gel manicure. (The only reason I let her do this after the awful pedicure was because it was a Sunday and I had a business meeting the next morning. Should have known better.) The cuts on my feet made walking painful (for almost a week) and I was limited to the shoes I could wear.
The gel manicure I had done at least wasn't painful, but my children could have done a better job. She didn't apply enough polish, so it was streaky, and she was very sloppy, so I had polish on my skin that I had to pick off at home.
Needless to say, I will never, ever return to this establishment.
