  • Our home warranty company had Josh with Airamedics come out to check why we had no a/c from both units. Josh was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problems and gave us our options. We decided to replace both units due to them being 13+ years old and we have had constant issues with the downstairs unit since moving into the home 4 years ago. The guys Josh sent out to our home to install the new units were also polite and professional. They completed the job in one day. Unfortunately, a couple days later we started having the same problem with our downstairs unit as before. Josh came out on Saturday morning and spent over 4 hrs trying to find the leak in the copper tubing between the outside units and the rest of the system in the attic, which he had warned us may be one of the issues before deciding to replace the units. He was upfront and honest about everything. He went above and beyond to help us figure out a problem we had been dealing with for 4 years and was able to find the leak in our son's closet that was made from a nail used to attached the baseboard. Josh repaired the tubing right away and our air has been cold since. We are very happy with the service Josh and his employees provided. Thank you. They will be our go to a/c guys from now on.
