  • The first time I called Worlock was last Summer when my AC unit went out for the 3rd time in less than a year. I had not had much luck with another well known company in my previous calls. Bill came out and explained the Capacitor should have been replaced when the previous repairs were done. He was in and out within a 1/2 hour after testing everything and we were saved in 2013. This last week my AC unit completely fried when I wasn't home. I called Bill and he was at my home within a 1/2 hour. I felt that Bill was completely honest by giving me a breakdown of the repair costs and although it would have been the cheaper alternative, it was not going to be the best for me financially in the long run on a unit that was more than 10 years of age. Ultimately the cost to replace the AC unit as opposed to the cost of repairs was extremely reasonable and I would have the protection of a long term warranty. I will use Worlock every-time and I highly recommend his services to family and friends.
