  • Never ever again. This is for grooming only. My poor baby granted had some mats but she got crazy bad ravor burn that landed her in the vet. So I paid for grooming, which charged more than normal, paid vet for her meds she needed, and have a very sad dog. I wanted to cry. I get things happen but no mention. And to be so bad for a vet visit and steriods. Never ever again. This isn't their first goof, they always forget anak glands or she's still wet. They always say she was so good so I know it wasn't just a hard to groom dog. Ugh I can go on in anger but won't. I've just read petsmart grooming is known for this. Not good.
