  • I've been going the Wednesday 8 PM cheapie ($9) class here for several months now. Friendly staff, nice and hot (I mean the yoga room!), good level of difficulty, and they change up the instructors to keep it interesting. Of course, the cheapie class is packed full with tightwads like me, in case you're big on your "personal place". The changeroom is sparking clean, and being of the the minority gender in the yoga world I never have a problem getting a shower after class (sorry ladies, I don't know the women's changeroom situation!) Good place, I'd recommend it to anyone.
