  • Very disappointed with this company. No one can speak English, they claim to be a Canada-based company but the customer rep had phone service that was poor with lots of static, like a third world country. Company claims a 24 hour free cancellation policy when in fact, they said it was only 24 hour up to that day.....well, if I buy a ticket at 11 pm, then I only have 1 hour to cancel, that is NOT 24 hours...what a scam. The 24/7 customer service line means you wait 24/7...you are put on hold saying they have to talk to another agent, you get transferred, and you wait, and you repeat the same information over and over again. I really should have read the reviews before using this company....in fact I found cheaper and better flights directly through the airline the next day....thus why I wanted to cancel.
