I'm extremely unhappy with the service I was provided with at the service department. I shouldn't be the one calling to check up on my rzr. The service advisor is the one that should be notifying me of everything going on. Also I should have to ask multiple times for a service and then it not get done. I also don't appreciate my rzr coming back with bird shit on the seats since I know it was left outside. RideNow (any location) will never get my business again.
