rev:text	I am so happy that I chose these luxurious apartments. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Andrea, Andreas, and Merced are amazing at the front desk. If there is ever an issue, I am promptly responded to and the issue is resolved within minutes. It is so hard to come across management of properties who genuinely enjoy their job. These three work so hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. You will always be greeted with a smile and a kind voice. Like I said, hard to come across. Even the maintenance man gave me a courtesy call to check in and make sure that everything was working perfectly for me. He was very kind too, although I don't remember his name! (That's a good thing, as it shows hardly anything ever goes wrong here.) They are all extremely on top of updating residents on what is getting fixed in the communal areas, and make sure to send a second email alerting us when the maintenance is complete.
