we flew in from SFO to Las Vegas, we had to take a shuttle to the Car rental center and someone decided to grab my husbands bag and take it with them some how the bag mysterious disappeared as the shuttle driver told us it was not a big issue and that it happens all the time. Wel stressed how my husband is a diabetic and all of his medications were in that bag insulin and all. Well they didn't care and continued to say it was no big deal
We finally left and went to the first walgreens we could find and it was this walgreens, lucky for us Shirlley the pharmacist was amazing and help us get the meds my husband needed before ihe passed out from his diabetes Shirley was amazing and really was great and very helpful and understanding. I actually have never came across a Walgreens pharmacist as tentative as Shhirley I will say she really likes her job and is there for the customers needs
When we walked into the store we were greeted by the cashier which I have never experienced this greeting in any Walgreens I have been in, I was really impressed and so was my 21 year old son who immediately said, he was impressed and that he too has never experienced this before and that our Walgreens need to get trained by these employees and that we would never have received such great customer service like this back home now for a 21 year old male to recognize this great service too shows that it was great service
Shirley along with the other Walgreens employees work the late shift on Wednesday night around 8:30PM really need to be recognized for Outstanding customer service they made a very depressing frustrating night better for us and help realize that not everyone is inconsiderate like the bus shuttle drivers and shuttle company workers were at the McCarran car rental center
Thank you Walgreens for being kind, understanding, considerate, and great customer service skills you were our life savers
Thank you again very much
