My family had an EXCELLENT time here but it is NOT without its faults. If it weren't for my kids enjoying themselves so much, I would be giving this place a low rating but I'll get to my gripes later.
The wristbands are worth getting because the price per ride is ridiculous. We had a great time because both my kids are over 48" so they could enjoy every ride. They are that perfect age that they could enjoy the small kid rides but are tall and thrill seeking enough to want to go on the roller coasters. One of the biggest perks was that there was no lines. We went on a Sunday in October so I'm sure that plays into it but it was awesome that my kids got to go on all the rides and roller coasters over and over again with absolutely NO wait! My husband and I also went on the rides and they were really fun (and scary). The pink roller coaster knocks you around though.
However, there are a few things about Adventuredome that was not pleasant. BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR WRISTBAND OFF! My 7 year old ripped his wristband off during lunch. We went back to the ticket booth to get a new one and explained the situation but they would not issue us a new one. We showed them our receipt that we paid that day but they still would not budge. They told us we needed to buy another wristband at $25. We not only talked to the manager but asked to speak to the manager's manger. It was their policy that once you take off your wristband you had to buy a new one but they could not explain why and none of this was explained when we first purchased the wristbands. Luckily, they creatively fixed my sons wristband but only because my husband is good with people and negotiating. I'm not convinced we would of resolved the issue if we were the typical angry customer.
Another thing to note about Adventuredome and Circus Circus in general is that the clientele are definitely "interesting." I'd say Circus Circus is the Walmarts of the casinos. The whole place is unclean and in need of some sprucing up too.
