  • ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service.. They called the day before to tell me my van I rented wasn't available and it never should have been that it was a computer "glitch". I said no problem how about the full size Chevy Silverado I originally booked and they said "that's a mistake too we don't even rent those".. But we can replace with an Altima.. I've called the area manager twice with zero callback and customer service department which they said would call me back which they did not..
