| - I really haven't liked most of the derms I have seen in Arizona - they all rush, and this office is the only place I've really had any trust in the doctors. The office is also nice, albeit always very busy. I haven't seen any major change in my issues, but overall, I really like the doctors, nurses and the check-in staff.
Most of the time the front people are pretty nice. Even the scheduler up front is usually very nice.
However, I can not stand getting attitude from the schedulers on the phone. That is your job, to schedule appointments. Either enjoy it or find another job. They are never outright rude, but you can always hear it behind what they are saying. I want to feel like you want me there (since I am in every two weeks), not that I am putting you out trying to schedule an appointment. Especially comments like "um, you really need to be trying to schedule this stuff further in advance." 1. I am incredibly busy (like everyone) and 2. When I am coming in every two weeks, there is only so far in advance I can book. Sorry If my patronage is putting you out! I've also heard them arguing with people on the phone while in the waiting room.
