  • Goomer wasn't scheduled to arrive until 10am; appointment was at 8. I thought this unprofessional and certainly a waste of everyone's time. While considering whether to stay, a back room employee thought we had left and turned and yelled "shut up" at our dog and others (to common barking -- communal noises -- nothing special). Wasn't impressed with the facility or inspired by the staff so we decided to leave. What a shame.
