  • We were having an issue with our pool and our typically go-to pool guys went MIA....AGAIN! We were growing concerned that the pool had been off for a few days and the temps were rising! I was at 7-Eleven on a Saturday morning when I happened to notice someone with an 'Executive Swimming Pools' shirt on so I asked him if he did repairs on pools and if he was available to help us out. It turns out that it was the owner, Mike and even though he had a busy day ahead of him, he was happy to help! We exchanged phone numbers, he called my husband to set up a time, and he was at our house that same night! He had to order the part, but he came right back out when it came in to get us running again! Mike is incredibly personable, very knowledgeable, explained our options (without upselling!), and was very responsive. We couldn't be happier! In a time where it seems that contractors with a sense of urgency and good follow-through skills are a dying breed, Executive Pools has restored our faith! THANK YOU, Mike!! You have truly saved the day!
