We walk into Mandalay and see a line reaching to the sky. We're told it's a 2 hour wait on Christmas Eve at the Bayside Buffet and so we waited 2.5 hours. For some reason, the quality at Bayside Buffet seems to deteriorate on each visit. However, for the amount of people they were serving that night it wasn't too distasteful. I've worked for a buffet for many years so I know what NOT to eat so I shunned away from fried foods and salads. I devoured the king crab and what remained of the blackberries and blueberries. The place was packed with Asian tourists and I most likely was assumed for one. Service was great, I wished people would learn to leave tip even if it's a buffet if not, go take your dirty plates to the dishwasher and wash them yourself.
It was about $27 for dinner and drinks are included which includes an assortment of juices. The dessert choices are very limited. For vegas buffet, I will stick with Paris.
