  • I came down to Phoenix from San Francisco to start planning our wedding at the hotel valley ho for next spring. I had briefly been dress shopping by me and was very disheartened by my experience. Since my mom was joining my fiancĂ© and I in Phoenix for the week (from Ohio), I opted to book several bridal appointments just to get a feel for the dress style I liked. Never did I think I would already buy my wedding dress! We worked with Kendra, who was AMAZING. I picked out a few dresses myself but was hesitant at the prices - my max budget was around $500 and even then I was hesitant. After trying on the only 3 $500ish+ dresses I could find, Kendra took the time to bring some additional options that were WAY more reasonable (don't know how I missed them)! Once she had me try on a few of those and chatted with my mom and I further, she brought THE dress - the one that 100% matches my personality, is elegant but fun, AND it was just marked down to $350! I cannot rave enough about my experience at brilliant bridal and especially working with Kendra. She made the entire appointment laid back, fun, AND she got me to say yes to the dress!
